This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Avant Living ("we", "us") collects through avantliving.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. AvantLiving.com is a service of Aspir Technologies LLC DBA NeoNue, the operator of this website. You can reach us at hello@avantliving.com.
The short version
- There are no sign-up or contact forms on this site, and the free planner needs no email.
- Our free tools run in your browser. What you enter is never sent to us. So it is there next time, it is saved in your own browser, on your own device.
- We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The only optional storage is your light or dark display choice, and you control it under "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
- If you buy, your payment and order information is collected and processed by Stripe and its affiliate Sold through Link, LLC (Link) as merchant of record. We receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number.
- We only add you to our email list if you choose "Yes" at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Information we collect
When you browse
Our host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and secure the site. We do not use these logs to profile visitors. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
When you use the free tools
The free tools (weekly planner, habit tracker, budget and savings planners, workout and meal builders, mood and sleep trackers, focus timer, journals and the rest) work entirely in your browser. What you enter is not transmitted to us.
So that your entries are still there when you come back, the tools save them in your browser's local storage on your own device, under keys that begin with "al:". We cannot see, access or recover this data. You can download a backup, restore it, or erase everything at any time from the "Your data" section of the dashboard, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. On a shared or public computer, erase it when you are finished.
The 30-Day Reset Companion
The 30-Day Reset Companion is included with the 30-Day Life Reset and the Design Your Days Bundle. It works the same way as the free tools: what you enter is saved only in your browser. To unlock it after a purchase, the order page sends your Checkout Session ID to our server, which confirms the order with Stripe and sets a signed access cookie in your browser (described below). We do not create an account or store anything about you to do this. If an order is fully refunded, the cookie stops working.
Cookies and similar storage
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts. Here is everything it stores in your browser:
- Strictly necessary (always on, no consent needed). "al:v1:…" keys in local storage hold what you enter into the tools, so it is there next time. "al:consent" in local storage remembers your choice on the cookie notice. "al_access" is a first-party cookie, HttpOnly and valid for one year, set only if you buy and open the 30-Day Reset Companion from your order page. It holds a signed token and the Checkout Session ID of that order.
- Preferences (optional, off until you choose). "al:theme" in local storage remembers your light or dark display choice. If you decline, the site follows your device setting on each visit.
- Analytics and advertising. Not used. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask you first.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page, and you can erase everything stored by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Apart from the items above, this site sets no cookies. Stripe's checkout page runs on Stripe's own site and sets its own cookies under its own notice.
When you buy
Checkout happens on a page hosted by Stripe. Purchases are processed by Sold through Link, LLC (Link), an affiliate of Stripe, which is the merchant of record. Link collects your email, payment details, billing country or address (for tax) and any answer you give to the optional weekly-email question. Stripe shares with us the order details we need to deliver your files and support you: your name, email, country, what you bought, the amount and your email preference. We do not receive or store your full card number.

When you opt in to email
If you choose "Yes" to the weekly email at checkout, or sign up on a Kit-hosted page we link to, we store your email, first name (if provided) and tags describing what you bought or signed up for in Kit (ConvertKit LLC), our email provider. Kit's practices are described in the Kit Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To deliver your purchase and send download links.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To send emails you asked for, such as the weekly email and onboarding tips for a product you bought.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe and Sold through Link, LLC (Link) (merchant of record: payments, tax, receipts, fraud prevention and payment support).
- Kit (email, only if you opt in).
- Hostinger (website hosting and server logs).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to seven years). Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept by Hostinger for a limited period under its own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@avantliving.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we hold, to object to certain processing or to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to exercise them; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
- For data held by Stripe or Sold through Link, LLC as merchant of record, you can also contact them directly. You can manage your orders and request deletion of your transaction data through Link.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK and EU).
International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
