60-day refund window
If a product is not right for you, email hello@avantliving.com within 60 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout (or your receipt). You do not need to give a reason. We will refund the full amount, including any tax you paid, to your original payment method.
How refunds are processed
Purchases are processed by Sold through Link, LLC (Link), an affiliate of Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Receipts and refund confirmations are emailed from Link, and refunds include any sales tax you paid. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Link support about a payment. The merchant of record may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in certain cases.
After 60 days
After 60 days we generally do not offer refunds, because the files have been delivered in full. If something has gone wrong, such as a corrupted file or a duplicate purchase, email us and we will make it right.
Problems with your download
If a link has expired or a file will not open, email us first. We will send fresh links straight away, which is usually the quickest fix.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
