Who sells to you
Purchases on this site are made through Stripe's Managed Payments service. Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe, is the merchant of record for your order: it is the seller of record for your transaction, processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, issues your receipt and handles payment-related support. Your purchase will appear as Sold through Link, and your card statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our descriptor. The payment terms shown on the checkout page also apply to your payment. Avant Living creates the products, delivers the files and provides product support.
What you are buying
Our products are downloadable PDF files (planners, guides and worksheets). After a successful payment you are taken to an order page with download links. Each link works for 24 hours, and the order page can issue fresh links for 30 days after purchase. After that, email us with your receipt and we will send new links. Please save your files somewhere safe.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Stripe may display an estimated amount in your local currency. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and are collected by Sold through Link, LLC as merchant of record.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: you can ask for a refund within 60 days of purchase.
Your licence
When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or use the files to create competing products. The free 7-Day Sunday Reset may be shared with friends and family for personal, non-commercial use, unchanged and with our name on it.

The free tools run in your browser and are provided as they are, without any guarantee. Calculators, planners and trackers produce estimates from the numbers you enter and simple assumptions, and they may contain errors. Check anything you print or rely on. Data you enter is saved only in your own browser; you are responsible for backing it up, and we cannot recover it if it is cleared.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, overload the servers, or access download files without buying them.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, logo and products belong to Avant Living and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights other than the licence above.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence give you the right to rely on them. Subject to those rights, any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
