The 30 days
One small step a day, at a glance
Each day in the Guide adds a focus, a short why and a reflection prompt to the action you see here. Track it in the 30-Day Reset Companion, included with your purchase.
Week 1 · Days 1–7
Clear the deck
- Day 1Your week on one page. Write every fixed commitment for the next seven days on a single page.
- Day 2A steady wake time. Pick one wake time you can keep all week and set a single alarm for it.
- Day 3The 10-minute walk. Take a 10-minute walk at an easy pace, no phone in hand.
- Day 4The three-item list. Each morning, choose the three things that would make today a good day.
- Day 5One meal on repeat. Choose one simple, satisfying meal you can make on autopilot this week.
- Day 6Clear one surface. Clear one counter, desk or table completely and keep it that way for a day.
- Day 7Your first Sunday Reset. Spend 20 minutes looking back at this week and sketching the next one.
Week 2 · Days 8–14
Everyday energy
- Day 8A wind-down hour. Set a gentle cue an hour before bed: dim lights, screens down, something slow.
- Day 9A no-think grocery list. Write a short list of staples so simple meals are always within reach.
- Day 10Three slow breaths. Between tasks today, pause for three slow breaths before starting the next one.
- Day 11Walk after a meal. Add a short walk after one meal, or take a call on foot.
- Day 12Morning light. Get outside or sit by a window for a few minutes soon after you wake.
- Day 13Drains and gains. List what drained you this week and what gave you energy. Circle one of each.
- Day 14Sunday Reset, round two. Review the week and move one drain off next week's calendar.
Week 3 · Days 15–21
Space and focus
- Day 15A launch pad by the door. Give keys, bag and tomorrow's essentials one home near the door.
- Day 16The 10-minute tidy. Set a timer for 10 minutes and reset one room. Stop when it rings.
- Day 17The phone sleeps elsewhere. Charge your phone outside the bedroom tonight.
- Day 18Notification cleanup. Turn off notifications for every app that does not need to reach you right away.
- Day 19One focus block. Do 25 minutes on one task with everything else closed.
- Day 20Close the loops. Clear old tabs, tidy your inbox for 15 minutes, and write down anything still open.
- Day 21Sunday Reset, round three. Block your focus time for next week before anything else fills it.
Week 4 · Days 22–28
People and rest
- Day 22Reach out. Send a message or make a call to someone you have been meaning to contact.
- Day 23Plan a shared meal. Put a meal or coffee with someone on the calendar.
- Day 24A small kindness. Do one small, unasked-for kind thing for someone today.
- Day 25A gentle no. Decline or delay one thing that does not fit, kindly and clearly.
- Day 26Nothing on purpose. Spend 15 minutes doing nothing in particular. No goal, no screen.
- Day 27A screen-light evening. Spend one evening mostly off screens: read, cook, walk, talk.
- Day 28Sunday Reset, round four. Write down which days you liked most and why.
Finish · Days 29–30
Design what is next
- Day 29Something to look forward to. Plan one thing in the next month you are genuinely excited about.
- Day 30Your next 30 days. Keep the three habits that helped most and write a one-page plan for next month.
